How long will my order take to arrive?
As all of our pieces are handmade to order in Mexico, please allow for 2-4 weeks for your order to be delivered. Items that we do have in stock are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
What about Pre-Ordered items?
Card payments are required to secure pre-ordered items. Your card will not be charged until your order is dispatched from our workshop.
If you’ve got other items in your order that aren’t pre-order, we’ll dispatch them straight away.
How will my order be delivered?
All of our deliveries are made using Royal Mail.

Standard Tracked Service - 2-3 working days - £3.95

Orders over £100
Special Delivery Service - 1-2 working days - £10.00

What Payments do you accept?
We accept the following payments: Maestro, Delta, Visa, MasterCard, Solo, American Express and Pay Pal.
S and J will appear on your bank statement.
My orders damaged, what should I do?
We hope your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, it if arrives damaged/faulty, please contact Customer Services so we can advise you on what to do. Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the damage.

What’s your return policy?
You have up to 30 days from receipt, to return an item/s. Once we have received it, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days and you will receive a confirmation email.
Please contact Customer Services via phone or email, to arrange a return, quoting your order number.
Why does the product I receive look different to the picture I saw on the website?
Due to the nature of our products being completely handmade and individually painted, there will be slight differences to the item shown and the one received.
It means you have a one of a kind piece which is far more special than a production line product.
Are you environmentally friendly?
The environment is extremely important to us and we strive to be a sustainable company as much as possible.
As a result the majority of our packaging is recyclable. We have chosen not to use polystyrene to protect your lovely items and instead use shredded Kraft paper, as well as Kraft tape instead of sellotape. Even our jiffy envelopes are recyclable.
